Well behaved dogs by prior arrangement in some rooms. Choose
a full Devon Farmhouse breakfast or from a wide choice, all freshly cooked from locally sourced free range produce
where ever possible. Stay on a working sheep farm , managed on environmentally and
wildlife friendly principles. Help with the animals on the farm - or just watch - you
will be welcome. Farm walks round the fields, lane, woodland and old
canal route observing wildlife, butterflies, flowers, and bird watching in species rich Culm
grassland. Bicycles and motor bikes can be stored in covered area or locked
farmyard. Oak Tree is non smoking in all
rooms.
